Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable first- and second-line IT support to end users, managing both hardware and software issues.
- Administer user accounts through Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Log, track, and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure user satisfaction by effectively addressing technical issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and user experience.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certification in desktop support or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS systems, basic networking troubleshooting, and understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R8,500 – R10,500 per month.
