A leading company in the hospitality sector, Hoteljobs, is actively seeking an experienced Front Office Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dedicated team in Limpopo and make a significant impact in the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the front office department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage front office staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain front office budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel management or front office operations.
  • Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical: Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
