Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and legally compliant workplace through proactive risk management and assessments.
- Continuously improve the company’s Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (OHSE) management systems.
- Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and compliance across all levels of the organization.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Compile and maintain relevant records and reports related to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a health and safety role within a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar certifications are advantageous.
