Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with the menu.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Consistently deliver high-quality meals while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with inventory management including ordering and stock control as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment is essential.
- Education: A Matric certificate is required.
