A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Conveyancing Secretary/Receptionist. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with reception and front-desk duties, providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing, to support the conveyancing team.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure that all files are updated timely.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Utilize software for document management, with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
