Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are well displayed and stocked.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment, particularly in customer service roles.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work as part of a team.
- Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R12,000 – R16,000 per month.
