Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and candidates.
- Manage incoming calls and handle queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize the reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with candidate documentation and administrative tasks as required.
- Support the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience is essential.

💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R7,500 – R10,000 per month.
