A leading company in the hospitality sector, Hoteljobs, is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations And Administrative Manager to join their team in the vibrant city of Cape Town. This is a great chance to work in a boutique luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of hotel reservations to ensure optimal occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and report on financial metrics, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to streamline operations within the hotel.
  • Manage guest relations to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain booking systems and software for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and team management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with hotel management software and financial reporting tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R16,000 – R19,000 per month.
