Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users in-person, via email, or phone.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring they are operational and secure.
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and software as needed.
- Document internal procedures and prepare reports on maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for the repair and replacement of equipment when necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an IT support role.
