Key Responsibilities
- Proactively repair, maintain, and ensure the functionality of buildings and structures on the premises, focusing on plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and painting works.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in good condition, reporting any issues identified.
- Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events and maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
