A leading company, NDC Personnel & Contractors, is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Admin Assistant within a logistics environment in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a fantastic entry-level position for individuals eager to kickstart their careers in operations administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist operations team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers, facilitating effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, both digital and physical, supporting logistical operations.
  • Support the team with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reported accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
