Key Responsibilities
- Support cashbook processing and daily payment allocations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain accurate filing and audit-ready documentation for all transactions.
- Allocate payments against outstanding invoices to manage accounts efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to debtors and creditors.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in a Debtors Clerk or similar accounting role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, electrical, or renewable energy environments is preferred.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R12,000 per month.
