Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and workers, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and that the site is maintained properly.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site teams, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification or experience in construction management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in project management software is an advantage.
