Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Source, screen, and select candidates through job postings, resume databases, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications, skills, and culture fit for the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide insights and reporting on recruitment metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment or human resources experience, preferably in a tech or gaming industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment automation tools and HR software is a plus.
