Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in MS Project, ensuring alignment with project scope and engineering deliverables.
- Update and manage project schedules by incorporating actual progress data and forecasting dates received from engineering, procurement, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
- Monitor project milestones and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met while managing resources effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project planning within the engineering sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Project and strong understanding of project management methodologies.
