Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Global Operations Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented Front Office Global Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and optimize front office operations across multiple international regions in the vibrant city of Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global front office operations teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various international teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing global operations in a front office setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R350,000 – R450,000 per year.
