A leading company, Hire Hangar, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement & Training Specialist (SDR – BPO/Call Center). This role offers a unique opportunity to develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a dynamic BPO environment, with a flexible remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance their skill sets and performance in a BPO/call center environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Develop engaging training materials and resources to support ongoing SDR education.
- Utilize metrics and KPIs to assess SDR performance and training outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales training or enablement, preferably within a BPO/call center context.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools to deliver content effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
