Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective literacy programmes aimed at elevating the reading and writing skills of participants.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to assess the specific needs of families and adapt literacy initiatives accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance literacy awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, providing personalized feedback and support.
- Document and report on the outcomes of literacy initiatives and contribute to the overall programme development.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or diploma in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in literacy facilitation or community education is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to social development and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R8,500 per month.
