Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Global Operations Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently seeking a highly skilled Front Office Global Operations Manager to lead their multi-channel operations. This senior leadership role is critical in ensuring streamlined processes and exceptional service delivery in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front office global operations, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across various channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust processes based on analysis of operational data.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to enhance workflow and performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and recommend improvements where needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within global operations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in operations management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R80,000 – R120,000 per month.
