Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction during their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the maintenance of clean uniforms.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 is required.
- Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-standard restaurant.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for service.
- Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and remain calm under pressure.
