Key Responsibilities
- Perform digital data capture and ensure compliance with POPIA regulations.
- Support product sales at the front desk by confidently explaining skincare and treatment benefits to clients.
- Maintain front-desk inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure all administration tasks, including consent forms and patient records, are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front of House or Personal Assistant, preferably in a medical or health-related environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and staff.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and office software systems.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R18,000 per month.
