Exciting Opportunity: Conveyancing Secretary in Midrand

A leading company, Recruit.com, is currently seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to join their team on a part-time basis, with potential to transition to full-time. This is your chance to enhance your career in a dynamic environment located in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all conveyancing documentation from inception to registration.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions to ensure effective transaction processing.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all property-related documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for clients and legal teams.
  • Assist with the tracking of deadlines and follow-up on necessary actions required for property transfers.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in legal studies or conveyancing.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with conveyancing software and relevant legal regulations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
