A leading company, Persona Staff, is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and streamline their warehouse operations in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns.
- Lead, manage, and develop warehouse teams, including team leaders, drivers, and support staff.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
