Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the company’s human resources functions to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to improve workforce efficiency.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to comply with relevant regulations and promote best practices.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform HR strategies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR role, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR legislation and employment practices in South Africa.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R40,000 – R50,000 per month.
