Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant / Receptionist in Durban

A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Assistant / Receptionist. If you’re well-presented, organized, and proactive, this might be your ideal role in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue arrangements and catering as required.
  • Provide support to the management team and carry out specific projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma, with a preference for administrative certification or degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
