Key Responsibilities
- Complete all administration tasks, ensuring accurate capture of all transport-related data for input to KPI reports.
- Assist on-site in the absence of the Transport Manager, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain fleet records, including Certificate of Fitness (COF) and servicing schedules.
- Manage insurance documentation and ensure compliance with all transport regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant administrative or logistics qualification preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a logistics or transport administration role is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
