Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates for bulk hiring needs in retail operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and operational demands.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.

Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
