Exciting Opportunity: Office Automation Regional Sales Manager in Johannesburg

A leading company in the stationery sector, WMS Secure, is seeking a dynamic Office Automation Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow regional sales performance. This role offers a unique chance to drive sales strategies within the office automation and stationery industry from a base in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop key accounts by nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expand market share through innovative sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the office automation or stationery industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
  • Knowledge: Insight into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the stationery industry.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
