Exciting Opportunity: ECD Mentor/Facilitator/Trainer in Mashishing

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Cotlands is currently seeking a dedicated ECD Mentor/Facilitator/Trainer. This is a prime opportunity to join a leading NGO in Mpumalanga with a strong national footprint and over 89 years of dedicated service in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training, support and mentorship to early childhood practitioners in the Mashishing area.
  • Conduct workshops and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ECD methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of ECD programs to ensure effective implementation of practices.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and community members to promote early childhood development initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute training materials and resources relevant to the needs of the participants.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Early Childhood Development or Education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mentorship or training roles, especially within ECD.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage diverse groups.
  • Attributes: Passionate about education and community development with a strong commitment to social impact.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
