Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, support and mentorship to early childhood practitioners in the Mashishing area.
- Conduct workshops and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ECD methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of ECD programs to ensure effective implementation of practices.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and community members to promote early childhood development initiatives.
- Develop and distribute training materials and resources relevant to the needs of the participants.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Early Childhood Development or Education.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mentorship or training roles, especially within ECD.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage diverse groups.

💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
