Exciting Opportunity: Service Desk Lead in Pretoria

Are you a seasoned IT professional ready to lead a dynamic team? CompitantCandidates is looking for a dedicated Service Desk Lead to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service desk team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the resolution of employee support requests across various platforms, including Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for Windows OS, EntraID, and VPN connectivity issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service desk operations and incident responses.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and strengthen the overall team dynamics.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in service desk or helpdesk management, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Office 365, MS Teams, Windows OS, EntraID, and VPNs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Leadership: Experience in team leadership with a knack for motivating and guiding others.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R41,089 per month.
