Key Responsibilities
- Manage till operations and ensure smooth transactions with a focus on customer service.
- Support customers effectively while handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and eliminate risks related to fraud and ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Train and mentor junior cashiers on company protocols and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and complete daily cash reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
- Experience: At least 3 years of cashier or till operations experience in a retail environment.
