Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability and compliance with merchandising standards to maximize sales performance.
- Travel between stores to perform physical merchandising tasks and maintain visibility standards.
- Address customer complaints and gather store feedback to relay to the Sales Manager.
- Implement promotional displays and manage shelf space effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as necessary to ensure optimal product placement.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous merchandising experience or relevant retail experience preferable.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail.
