A leading company in the finance sector, Hire Resolve, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Global Operations Manager to lead their multi-channel operations. This senior leadership role is a prime opportunity in the heart of Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all front office global operations, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive employee performance and engagement by fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within global operations.

💰 Salary Insight
