A proudly South African furniture manufacturer and retailer, Sales Fraternity, is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executive-Manager to join our in-store sales team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will play an integral role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize store performance.
- Engage customers proactively, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage inventory and ensure showroom displays are visually appealing and in line with brand standards.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant sales or management degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Other: Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the furniture industry.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R15,000 – R40,000 per month.
