Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR teams to design, implement, and evaluate HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead transformation initiatives, facilitating organizational change and ensuring effective transition processes.
- Utilize strategic thinking to identify opportunities for improvement in HR practices and policies.
- Conduct assessments to understand current organizational structures and recommend changes as necessary.
- Develop and deploy training programs to support organizational development and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant HR qualification or degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR consultancy within the banking sector.

💰 Salary Insight
