A leading company, Stryker, is currently on the lookout for a results-driven Senior Supervisor, Customer Service. This is a prime opportunity to step into a leadership role in Johannesburg and be part of an innovative team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all clients.
  • Manage and mentor Customer Service Representatives and Senior Customer Service Specialists, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Define operational objectives and ensure performance standards are met, aligning with company goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer service roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical: Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
