Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle HR management including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, especially in technical, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Advise management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a similar field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in 360 HR management in a technical, engineering, or construction environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance standards.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
