Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with team members and managers.
- Prepare and submit incident reports and maintain accurate logs regarding security-related activities.
Requirements
- Certification: Must hold a current registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
- Experience: Prior experience in a security role preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
