A leading company, Staff Unlimited, is currently seeking a talented Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to support executive leadership in a dynamic environment based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
- Manage appointments, calendars, and schedules, coordinating all meetings and engagements for the CEO.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution, tracking project progress, and preparing necessary materials.
- Liaise with various departments and external parties to ensure the CEO is well-informed and up to date.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Organize travel arrangements, ensuring efficient planning and smooth execution of travel itineraries.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact at all levels.
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of office software and technology, including MS Office Suite.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration or business management are a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R18,000 per month.
