Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability and compliance with merchandising standards to maximize sales performance.
- Travel between stores to perform physical merchandising tasks and monitor stock levels.
- Address customer complaints and store feedback, relaying important information to the Sales Manager.
- Implement promotional displays and signage to enhance product visibility.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience as a merchandiser or in a related role within the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R5,500 – R6,000 per month.
