Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees in various industries.
- Conduct health assessments, including physical examinations and evaluations.
- Administer vaccinations and perform medical screenings as required.
- Develop and implement health programs and initiatives in the workplace.
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics related to occupational health.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee injuries and return-to-work programs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered Professional Nurse with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health Nursing.
- Registration: Must be registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification: A Certificate in Dispensing is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in an occupational health setting is highly preferred.
