Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings.
- Oversee governance and compliance duties, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for executives.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective exchanges.

Requirements
