Exciting Opportunity: Front Desk Coordinator in Durbanville, Cape Town

A leading company, Measured Ability Group, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join their car rental team in Durbanville, Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an outstanding customer experience while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including handling phone calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate car rentals, ensuring vehicles are ready for clients upon arrival.
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, including customer details and payment information.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scheduling and booking systems; proficiency in MS Office is advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
