Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate staff.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring that all communication is dealt with professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that all administrative equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of all correspondence.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R18,000 per month.
