Key Responsibilities
- Carry out complex repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in machines, specifically the Mechanical front-end loader WA1200.
- Oversee and mentor junior artisans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities and service records to comply with company standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement upgrades and modifications to machinery as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant trade certificate with a focus on Millwright or similar technical discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, with at least 5 years in similar roles.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Certifications: Safety and compliance certifications in line with industry standards.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
