Exciting Opportunity: Executive Personal Assistant & Marketing Executive in Johannesburg

A leading company, NIMA Recruitment, is seeking a proactive and creative Executive Personal Assistant & Marketing Executive. This is an outstanding opportunity to take charge of essential functions that drive success and ensure seamless operations in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive scheduling, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Handle communications, including managing the switchboard and reception area.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to reception operations and IT systems.
  • Ensure that reception areas are well-maintained and create a welcoming environment.
  • Facilitate payroll discussions and other administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications in administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar executive support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in office software and IT systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
