Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying potential client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets, providing insights from client feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities in wastewater treatment.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the wastewater treatment sector.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
