Exciting Opportunity: HR and Payroll Clerk in Cape Town

A leading company, Zeal HR, is seeking a meticulous and dependable HR & Payroll Clerk to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to smooth payroll administration and essential HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, maintaining payroll records and handling payroll inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment assistance, onboarding of new employees, and management of employee files.
  • Facilitate compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping updated with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Handle employee leave requests and manage attendance records efficiently.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Payroll Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR and payroll functions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
