Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
- Educate customers about electronic cigarettes and vaping products, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage the inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordering new products when necessary.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous retail vape shop assistant experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of electronic cigarettes, vape devices, and e-liquids.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Personal Qualities: Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R8,000 – R12,000 per month.
