Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Occupational Health Clinic, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct health assessments, medical surveillance, and occupational health risk assessments for employees.
- Provide treatment and support for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs tailored for the workforce.
- Collaborate with management and HR to ensure occupational health policies are adhered to.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant nursing qualification and registered with the South African Nursing Council.
- Experience: Proven experience in occupational health nursing is non-negotiable.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work during the clinic’s operational hours, which are Monday to Friday.
💰 Salary Insight
